CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN PANCAKES 🥞🍨🤎
These are the perfect breakfast for the whole family! Our new Cinnamon Swirl Grass-fed Whey is made with all natural, clean ingredients and is so delicious!
Protein pancakes:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 serving promix protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4-1/3 cup of milk (any type works, I used almond milk)
- 1 tbsp softened butter
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Vanilla glaze:
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
How to:
- Add the oats, protein powder, egg, baking powder and milk to a blender and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a small bowl combine softened butter, coconut sugar and cinnamon. Scoop into a ziplock bag and push it into one corner, then twist the center of the bag to make a little piping bag.
- Melt 1 tsp of butter or coconut oil in a nonstick skillet, then pour batter into 3 or 4 pancakes.
