Cold plunges 🥶 are great for recovery, circulation, boosting your mood, and even firing up your metabolism 💪✨. But full-body immersion? Nope, not for me anymore! 😅 The stress and anxiety leading up to it—and the endless time it takes me to warm back up 🧣—just don’t feel worth it.
Instead, I’ve found a middle ground! Now I only immerse small parts of my body, like my feet 👣 or, like in this video, my lower body 🦵❄️. It’s much more manageable and still lets me reap some of the benefits without the stress 🙌.
