Cinnamon Roll Protein Balls 🍯 Recipe + Macros ✨INGREDIENTS 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup cashew butter 1/4 cup honey (adjust for sweetness) 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 1/2 cup Promix Cinnamon Swirl Protein Powder 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon ✨DRIZZLE 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Swirl Protein Powder ✨DIRECTIONS Combine oats, protein powder, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix well. Add cashew butter and honey to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture is well-combined and sticky. If it’s too dry, add a splash of water or milk (1 teaspoon at a time). Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball with hands. Repeat until all the mixture is used. Place the balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. While balls are in fridge, warm the coconut oil in the microwave until melted.
