I grew up on pasta with butter, so I took it up a notch with this garlic bread twist. The compound butter is packed with roasted garlic and herbs, adding so much flavor. Make it ahead of time, and you’ve got an easy way to upgrade any weeknight meal! Enjoy!

Ingredients
4-6 oz of spaghetti
For the compound butter
4 tbsp butter room temperature (I prefer salted)
2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 head roasted garlic
1 tsp lemon zest
For the roasted garlic
One garlic head
1/2 tbsp butter
Pinch of salt
For the breadcrumbs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp butter (I use salted)
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Roast the Garlic
Preheat your oven to 400°F
Slice off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves.
Place the garlic on a piece of foil, drizzle with 1/2 tbsp butter and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
