This is one of the best parts of being done with 12 seasons in the NFL ⬇️ Now I get to make food while I watch football, and this weekend, I’m whipping up some adobo-rubbed pork tenderloin. I’m all about my protein, so I’m doubling it up with 5.5 pounds for four tenderloins. Here’s the recipe: * 5 pounds (4 total) pork tenderloins * 4 tbsp Herdez Adobo Pasilla paste * 2 tbsp olive oil * 7 minced garlic cloves * 1 tbsp cumin * 1 tbsp dried oregano * 2 tsp fresh ground black pepper * Heavy pinch of sea salt * Juice from 2 fresh limes * 2 tsp apple cider vinegar * 1 tsp honey Whisk it all up and refrigerate the marinated tenderloins for at least an hour or up to a day. Smoke them on the Traeger for 1.5 hours, then turn it up to 400°F to get a nice crust. Once they hit 145°F, rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
