#FosterFriday Kiko arrived in our care from partner rescue this past September when she was just a tiny kitten. She was diagnosed with Pectus excavatum, a chest wall deformity which can impact respiratory rates. Kiko has spent the past four months in an incredible foster home while she received and recovered from surgery to straighten her sternum. Last week, Kiko found the perfect happy ending, as Valley Veterinary Clinic, who performed her surgery, fell in love with her and adopted her to become their new clinic cat! You can read more about Kiko's journey to this incredible happy ending on our blog by clicking the link in our bio and selecting "Blog." 🐾
Our ability to care for Kiko is thanks to the many individuals who donate to our STAR (Special Treatment and Recovery) Fund, which allows us to provide life-saving medical care that extends beyond our clinic. We need your help to replenish our STAR Fund, ensuring we can continue to care for animals like Kiko:
