Today was a cool day for a whole lot of reasons, but I’m going to focus on one, and it’s an explanation of this photo. For those that follow, you know I just celebrated 7 years of being an announcer and host in sports. When I started my pro wrestling journey, there were no books, courses, or classes to help me become a better announcer (those things STILL don’t exist… yet). All I could do was carefully study others who were doing it at the highest level and see what I could adapt. For me, especially in 2018, the person I studied the most was then-WWE announcer hostgreghutson . Greg blew me away all the time. He was easily the best in the game and I studied his stance, his mannerisms, his style… you name it. I took a few things that I thought worked for me, and now some 7 years later I’ve been able to become a pretty darn prominent host myself.
