NO BAKE CINNAMON ROLL BITES 🤎😋
If you want a healthy sweet snack or dessert, you have to try these no bake cinnamon rolls! They are sooo delicious, have 10g of protein each - you will love them!
Cinnamon roll dough:
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup promix Cinnamon Swirl protein powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2-3 tbsp almond milk
Filling:
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
How to:
- Remove the pits from the dates and place in a bowl. Pour very hot water over the dates and let them soak for 10 mins.
- Blend the oats into oat flour. Add the oat flour, almond flour, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla and salt to a big bowl.
- Add 1 tbsp almond milk at a time, stirring after each addition. I like to switch to mixing with my hands until it’s a thick doughy texture (not sticky)
