In the spirit of collaboration, we reached out to our friends at Simeon's American Bistro in Ithaca, NY and our industry allies at Black Button Distilling in Rochester, NY, to help us craft our 25th Anniversary beer. 🍻 🀝 Half of the shells were smoked by our very own taproom using apple wood. The brewing team then steeped the shells continuously throughout the lauter and boiling process. Then, it was aged in a Black Button Distilling Bourbon barrel before the kegging process.
