Assistant Operations Manager Shaquan James kicked off our first Residential crew meeting of 2025 with a quote from American basketball coach, John Wooden. “It’s the little things that are vital. Little things make big things happen,” said James. James reminded the crew the importance of attention to detail and how seemingly small actions or decisions can have a significant impact on achieving larger goals. During the meeting, held in our dispatch center, the team discussed goals for 2025 in safety, quality, and production.
