All we have to do is call on Hashem. Then he’ll be with us. For the eight nights of Chanukah, we use the miracles as an inspiration to feel Hashem’s involvement in our lives.
But what makes this whole thing bittersweet is that most Jews don’t know the secret. They’ll take meat and wine and over hallel or anything else. And we feel that.
So what can we do throughout the year? Fight. Fight for our values. Fight for the Jews that turned to Hellenism. With every bit of thanks to Hashem.
