Ingredients:
• 10oz dried rice or wheat noodles
• 2 ears corn, kernels removed
• 3 tbsp cucumber, julienned
• 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
• 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
• 2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
• Chile Crunch (for garnish)
For Sesame Sauce:
• 3 tbsp sesame paste
• 1 tbsp miso
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 tsp Chile Crunch
