A unique ceiling, created by the abstract artist Miquel Barceló from #Spain, decorates the ‘Human Rights and Alliance of Civilizations’ room, home of the Human Rights Council at ungeneva in #Switzerland. Made up of 47 countries elected by the #UnitedNations General Assembly for a period of three years, the humanrightscouncil is responsible for promoting and protecting human rights all over the world.
