First, let me tell you about the book: The Korean Vegan Homemade will contain 100+ recipes I’ve spent the last few years working on. These will, of course, include traditional Korean favorites, but will also incorporate my “comfort dishes.” While Book 1 was meant to be an introduction to Korean recipes, flavors, and techniques, the recipes in this book are the foods my grandmas made for me, the dishes my mother and aunts make for me, and the things *I* make for me.
