‘BLU3’ THE CROWD AWAY: McCallums’ K-Pop dance group, BLU3 Crew, performed at halftime of the varsity girls Senior Knight basketball game on Tuesday night. Freshman Caroline Atherton, who is also the assistant dance captain of BLU3 Crew, was in charge of the team’s halftime performance and was proud to see the dancers enjoying the song she chose. “This performance went extremely well,” she said. “Considering the time we had and how hard we worked, we made a great product. The song we chose is ‘Supernatural’ by the K-Pop girl group NewJeans. This was the first dance that I taught and led in my position as assistant captain so it was special to me.” Behind the scenes, BLU3 Crew has been preparing these dances in the Dance Arts Building throughout the week.
