Onion rings are great, but these Spicy Onion Fritters ate next level. Crispy, golden, and packed with just the right kick, they’re the perfect snack for the Big Game. I bet you can’t eat just one! Spicy onion fritters Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 15 minutes Servings: 16 Ingredients 2 medium onions thinly sliced 1 cup flour 1/2 cup corn flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp cajun mix 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 2-3 tbsp water Oil for frying Sauce 1 cup mayo 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tsp cajun mix 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp sriracha Instructions Instructions In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, Cajun mix, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Add the sliced onions to the dry mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until a thick batter forms around the onions. In a deep pan or skillet, heat the oil.
