Because pies are always a good idea. šŸŽ€Raspberry jam: -1 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh) -1 cup cane sugar -3 tbsp lemon juice Combine raspberries, cane sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the raspberries break down. Let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the jam has thickened and reached 220°F, about 10-15 minutes. If you don’t have a thermometer, use the plate test: drop a spoonful onto a cold plate from the freezer, wait a few seconds, then push it with your finger. If it wrinkles and holds its shape, it’s ready. If not, keep cooking and test again. The jam will thicken more as it cools. Store in a jar clean refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
