Oh yeah and grip… there are fish with better grip than me right now … Go hard and see how consistent you can be! 3xAMRAP4 30 double unders (drag or heavy rope) 8 KB clean 2x24/16kg 8 toes to bar 2 min bike recovery between sets. Start each round on the rope. I if anyone can consistently finish the KB on round 4 you have my eternal respect 🫡 #training #intensity #grip #teamTYR
