Tomato soup on the grill 👊🔥

- Cut 6 lbs of assorted tomatoes in half and quarter 2 large onions.
- Place in foil trays mixing with 5 peeled cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Set up charcoal for 375F indirect, and roast for at least 1 hour.
- Pour everything into a dutch oven, and liquefy.
- Simmer and stir in more salt and pepper to taste, and add a spoon full of sugar to cut the acidity. For thinner consistency, add chicken broth or vegetable broth.
- Top with basil and croutons and serve with grilled cheese.
