Crack Burgers with my buddy and NFL QB
@jarrettstidham of the Denver Broncos. Save this post because you’re going to want to make these burgers which we think belong on the Mount Rushmore of burgers!
Ingredients:
1 lb 80\20 ground chuck
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
3 T sour cream
2 T Ranch dressing mix
1 T Meat Church BLANCO seasoning (sub S&P)
1/4 C cooked & crumbled bacon
4 toasted buns or 2 if you want to make doubles
Instructions:
Mix the ground meat, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, bacon and Meat Church BLANCO thoroughly by hand in a medium bowl.
Divide into 4 equal parts and create 4 patties.
Lightly season with more BLANCO.
