Crack Burgers with my buddy and NFL QB jarrettstidham of the Denver Broncos. Save this post because you’re going to want to make these burgers which we think belong on the Mount Rushmore of burgers!
Ingredients:
1 lb 80\20 ground chuck
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
3 T sour cream
2 T Ranch dressing mix
1 T Meat Church BLANCO seasoning (sub S&P)
1/4 C cooked & crumbled bacon
4 toasted buns or 2 if you want to make doubles
Instructions:
Mix the ground meat, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, bacon and Meat Church BLANCO thoroughly by hand in a medium bowl.
Divide into 4 equal parts and create 4 patties.
Lightly season with more BLANCO.
Lightly oil or spray the cooking surface of a 350° griddle or cast iron pan. I use the best griddle on the market - a traegergrills Flatrock. Place the patties on the griddle. Cook until the edges begin to brown which wil take 3-4 minutes.
Flip the burger with a spatula and continue to cook until your desired doneness. I like medium rare...
