As Black History Month comes to a close, we want to extend our gratitude to our employees, partners, and Village ERGs who helped bring this month’s programming to life. Through engaging discussions, creative experiences, and thought-provoking initiatives, we honored the profound influence of Black culture while fostering connection, learning, and belonging at Havas.
From our first cross-network event, Paint & Sip with Madjeen Isaac, to Beyond the Suit, a peer-led discussion redefining workplace fashion, we created space for authentic self-expression. Additionally, our Black History Month Jubilee celebrated the creativity and resilience of Black storytellers, artists, and visionaries, while our Building Black Wealth Panel tackled the importance of financial empowerment within Black communities.
