Homemade Butter! Worth it!! See how below….welcome any recommendations as this was my first time. Happy Sunday **1 quart of Heavy Whipping Cream in stand mixer. **We started on level 2. At 6 minutes it was thick enough to up speed to level 4 **At 16 minutes we moved to level 6 **Right at 25 minutes it turned to butter and we had buttermilk flying everywhere **Remove butter from mixing device and make into a ball **Place in bowl of cold weather and press out buttermilk, change water and do this process until water is clear **Smooth out on parchment paper and add salt if desired **Make into rolls or place in your butter container.
