Plan B is only a distraction from Plan A! Be too determined to be defeated and TOO focused to be doubtful! It’s #womenhistorymonth and ALLL month long I want us women to go after & stick to our plan A! Too often we are doubted, overlooked and undervalued causing us to seek a plan B! But I hope all month long we remember our power and identify our plan A and then make all the adjustments we need in order to achieve it no matter the obstacles set in front of us!
