1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
TO MAKE: Mix cornstarch with water. Stir in to remaining ingredients and pour into dish during final few minutes.
