Cheez-It x Grillos Pickle Mozzarella Sticks 🔥🔥
3 cups Cheez-It crackers
8 Grillo’s whole dill pickles
8 sticks mozzarella string cheese
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Kosher salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
2 large eggs
Ranch, for serving
In the bowl of a food processor, pulse Cheez-It crackers until finely ground.
Preheat oven to 400° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut ends off of your pickles and scoop out the centers with a small teaspoon. Slide string cheese into pickle, trimming the cheese as needed to match the length of the pickle.
Into a small shallow bowl, combine flour with garlic powder and paprika and season with salt and pepper.
In a second shallow bowl, whisk eggs. In a third shallow bowl, add ground Cheez-It crackers. Dredge pickles first in flour, dusting off any excess, then eggs, then Cheez-It crackers..
