☕️ Day 11 of trying to make latte art like a professional at home features coffee from @muvucacoffee! Muvuca coffee reached out about sending me a bag of their Brazilian beans to try, and I was super excited to use their dark roast in some recipes! But in terms of the latte art, I had a much better tilt of my cup in the final stage of pouring, so will still be working on that in the future. Personally, I found their “Trem das Onze” to have the perfect balance of dark chocolate, nuttiness, all without being overly acidic, and decided on making a panela latte with them. Panela is unrefined sugar cane juice that is processed down to a solid sugar, and has a more molasses sweet flavor than brown or turbinado sugar. It’s a common ingredient in South America, and it paired amazingly with the Muvuca beans.
