TORTILLATASCHEN WITH PRESERVED LEMON SALSA A little departure from the sweet, but still festive and fun and just what I personally would want to eat and give for Purim once I’ve had my fill of hamantaschen. The charred salsa comes together in a snap (yes! That’s preserved lemon because, Adeena) and making the little tortilla dipper chips is like edible art therapy; the only special equipment you need is a bunch of toothpicks and a tiny bit of time. Kids love to work on these, so let them have at it while you char those tomatoes and jalapeños. Happy Purim, and 🎗️🎗️🎗️.
