INGREDIENTS
* 1 slab of baby backs
* 3 tbsp heygrillhey rib rub or rub of your choice
* 1 cup pineapple juice
* ½ cup soy sauce
* ⅓ cup brown sugar
* 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
* 6 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* 2 tbsp melindasfoods sriracha
* 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional, for extra thickness)
TO MAKE
1️⃣Rub your slab of ribs with seasoning of choice and place on the smoker at 250 degrees.
2️⃣In a saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Simmer for 5 minutes-10 minutes to achieve desired thickness. If using cornstarch, add and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
3️⃣When ribs are almost done, coat with glaze and cook 20-30 minutes more. Remove from heat, and glaze again. Slice and enjoy!
