EASY LEMON BARS šāØ
Itās the perfect recipe for beginner bakers or anyone with a few extra lemons lying around!! Itās tangy & deliciousš¤
š«¶Ingredients
ā¢1 cup graham cracker crumbs
ā¢4 tbsp unsalted butter
ā¢1/4 cup brown sugar
ā¢2 large lemons
ā¢2 cans condensed milk
ā¢1 tsp vanilla extract
ā¢1/2 tsp fine sea salt
ā¢3 egg yolks
Preheat oven to 300F. In a medium bowl, add graham cracker crumbs, butter, and brown sugar; mix using a spatula. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper (skip if using a silicone one like me) and add the graham cracker crumbs. Using your hands or the back of the spoon, gently push down to create an even crust. Bake for 15 minutes and cool down.
Now, preheat oven to 350F. Juice and zest lemons; add to a large bowl. Followed by condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt, and mix using a whisk. In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolks.
