I have one last baking before Christmas. Eggnog Cranberry Ruffled Pie. Spicy, sweet, flaky, with a touch of tartness perfect for Christmas morning. I wish you All a Very Merry Christmas🎄🎁🎅 . . . Eggnog cranberry ruffle pie 10-12 phyllo sheets 1 stick of butter melted 1 1/2 cup eggnog 3 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 2 oz brandy 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup fresh cranberries Powdered sugar for sprinkling Preheat oven at 400 F degrees. Place phyllo on a surface. If your are not working fast cover them with a damp towel. Sprinkle or brush each sheet with melted butter. Scrunch each phyllo layer up like an accordion. Place them around the edges on a 10” buttered baking dish as shown on video, or you can start from the center. Sprinkle the rest of the butter over the phyllo dough and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, sugar, eggnog, alcohol and spices.
