Last night, I enjoyed time with the Slovenian Tourist Board. I learned a lot about this underrated country in Europe bordered by Italy, Austria, Croatia, and Hungary. In 2023 I visited its Lake Bled area for a day but all it did was make me long to return and explore more. So I was excited to continue to get to know Slovenia better while meeting Slovenians, trying their wines, and sampling Potica (Povitica) pastries.
