They purchased the shell from a solar company and finished out the interior. It's solar-powered and has a greywater recycling system to water their garden. It's used as a creative studio, but they also wanted to use it as an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). But they came to find out the city doesn't allow homes on wheels to be occupied OR "camping" on residential properties.
