Seafood pizza can be a little intimidating to make, the hack is to keep it simple and try using crème fraîche as the base instead of tomato, it makes for a creamy neutral yet acidic base that will elevate your seafood!
My pizza includes
Crème fraîche
Red onion
Wild line caught salmon (or any other seafood of choice)
Coriander (I know don’t Judge till you try it 🤨)
Pizza cheese blend - such as mozzarella, gruyere cheese and Parmesan
Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
Black pepper and salt
