My man j.tolbertt, AKA Chef Tolbert caught the game winning touchdown for the dallascowboys vs. steelers late last night. Touchdowns are not the only thing he can cook up. He likes to eat light and healthy during the season, so recently we cooked together on his traegergrills after a game for his family and it was special! This freshly caught salmon was marinated for 4 hours in Veri Veri teriyaki. JT seasoned the salmon with meatchurch Honey Hog and then cooked it on a cedar plank at 300° with pecan pellets. When the salmon reached 125° internal temperature he glazed it with a 50\50 mixture of grade a maple syrup and a high-quality butter. That cooked for another 7-8 minutes.
