I frenched chicken legs that were on sale for .69\lb. Seasoned them with All-Purpose Tailgate Rub that we are working on and cooked them on a traegergrills Timberline with Meat Church Pellets (Oak\Hickory). After the legs hit 170 internal temp, I dunked them in bigwickstx Prickly Pear and put them back in the smoker for 5 more mins.
