TIPS: Burpee Broad jumps 🤓
Try implementing these 3 exercises into your weekly program:
🔹 Banded Broadjump. Focus on explosive power, and hip movement (scaling options: lighter band)
🔹 Devils press. A tougher version of a burpee, makes you focus on the explosive movement up and down (scaling options: lighter weight, I use 10kg Dumbbells, should feel not too heavy and not too light)
🔹Burpee box-jump.Focus, explosive movement up, and soft landing on the box. (scaling options: jump to a weight plate and work on speed of movement)
This has been one of my hardest stations in HYROX and these movements have helped me become more efficient 🤘
I do either as a EMOM 12 min, alternating the 3 exercises - or do 3-5 rounds of 10-12 reps of each exercise 🔥
