What I have experienced lately, shifting to more specific HYROX training is I need to implement much more โpushingโ exercises.
In OCR what you mainly need is grip and pull power, which I have always prioritized a lot ๐ช๐ฅ Now, I have to get more used to loving bench pressing in 2025 (work in progress)๐ซฃ๐ฎโ๐จ
That being said, I still think itโs important to keep in the exercises you love and have worked hard to achieve- maintaining the good habits ๐ซ
One thing that hasnโt changed for me Pull-ups are still my favโ exercise ๐โโ๏ธ๐
