Almond Biscotti! 🌼 A delightful cookie to have any time of the day! Especially at breakfast with coffee or tea! These are garnished with little almond slice flowers and white chocolate! 2¼ cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 1/3 cup unsalted butter - melted ¾ cup granulated white sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp almond extract 1 1/4 cups almonds, chopped 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, melted Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Set aside. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to a mixing bowl. Set aside. To the bowl of your stand mixer, add the butter and sugar. Cream together until lightened and fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Mix until just combined. Carefully add in the dry ingredients. Careful to not over mix. Fold in the almonds. Divide the dough in half and form 2 equal logs on your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes. cut each log into 1 inch segments.
