A Mini Banana and Honey cake! This cake is delightful, simple, and the perfect size for two!!! The beautiful cake stand and mug+dish is from the gorgeously talented loyalblush - one of my favorite makers! If you want one of your own she’s doing limited preorders!! Recipe: 2 cups all purpose flour 1 1/4 cup sugar 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup smashed banana 1 cup milk 1/2 cup melted butter 1/4 cup honey Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease four 4” cake pans and line with parchment paper. Set aside. In a large bowl add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir to evenly distribute. Add the smashed banana, milk, butter and honey. Stir until smooth and evenly combined. This should take about 2 minutes. Pour the batter into the prepared pans. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes - or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
