Just a little recipe to save you time & impress the family πŸ˜‰ Ingredients - 1 cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour - 4 Chicken leg quarters - 2 tbsp Salt, divided use - 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 Slow Cooker Liner - 24 oz Marinara Pasta Sauce - 14.5 oz Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes with Onion, Celery and Green Pepper - 1 cup Dry red wine - 1 tbsp Peeled Garlic Cloves, minced - 1 Medium yellow onion, medium dice - 2 Bay leaves - 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 1. Place flour in a medium bowl. Season chicken with 1 tablespoon of salt, place in flour and coat on all sides. Shake off excess and set aside on a plate. 2. Add oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add chicken skin-side down and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until nicely browned. Remove from heat. 3. Arrange liner in a slow cooker.
