marshmallows or mozzarella pearls?👀 for real… you need this focaccia in your life, recipe below!!:)
Ingredients:
-4cups all-purpose flour
-2tsp salt
-2tsp instant yeast
-2cups warm water (110-115F)
-olive oil (I used the garlic infused olive oil from the garlic confit I made 😋)
-chopped basil
-mozzarella pearls
-garlic confit (lil recipe at the bottom of the caption)
-Sun dried tomatoes (I used Sun dried tomato bruschetta by cucinaandamore, you can also finely chop sun dried tomatoes in olive oil and sprinkle on top)
-butter (for greasing)
-flakey salt
Recipe:
-mix together flour, salt and yeast. Add warm water and stir until a sticky dough ball is formed. Add 1tbsp olive oil on top and cover with plastic wrap/lid. Refrigerate for 12-24hours.
-butter a 9x13inch pan. Add 2tbsp olive oil to the pan, add the dough and rotate in the olive oil. Cover with a kitchen towel and let sit for 4hours at room temp
-preheat oven to 425F
