So when I seen that they had a fried mushroom sandwich I had to try it out asap! I also tried a few other items they offer. Everything is 100 percent plant based. I loved the Buffalo Blue sandwich. Super crunchy and crispy and the maitake mushroom texture is amazing. The deep fried mushrooms on the bowls were oyster mushrooms. Honestly if I had white rice I would have ate all the fried mushrooms as is with some sauce 🤣💯 They have the perfect batter and recipe!
