After we had the full run down, we came away with some expected and unexpected favorites -- TUNA TARTARE, SMOKED MISO BLACK COD, EEL HANDROLL, CHICKEN MUSHROOM SOUP, and UNI (squid ink) PASTA The menu continuously evolves based on the season, and the freshest ingredients!
