Pudin de pan a.k.a Latino Bread pudding is a Christmas STAPLE 🎄i don’t love how everyone makes theirs so I’m sharing my version!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sugar
1 load day-old brioche bread (leave out to get stale)
½ lb Nature Valley Soft-baked Apple Cinnamon bars (optional)
1 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
12 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup milk
4 eggs
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
*bake in a water bath at 350 for 60 minutes, let cool 1 hour, then set aside in the fridge*
