Gochujang pot roast 🥘cooked them kinda like braised short ribs and adjusted it with more Korean style flavors and this was SO GOOD 🤌🏼
INGREDIENTS:
3lb of chuck roast beef
2 tsp salt (1 for seasoning beef & 1 for broth)
2 tsp black pepper (1 for seasoning beef & 1 for broth)
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tsp ground ginger
3 tbsp olive oil
½ white onion diced
2 tbsp ginger paste
3-4 cloves minced garlic
3-4 tbsp Gochujang paste
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup dry red wine
4 cups of beef stock
1 tsp dried thyme
*bring to a boil, cover, then braise in the oven at 350 for 2 ½ to 3 hours*
