THAI TEA MILK MIXTURE:
14oz sweetened condensed milk
12 oz evaporated milk
1 ½ cup milk
42 grams of Thai tea leaves
WHIPPED CREAM:
1 ½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup confectionary sugar
