Meet Michael Wilkins 👋 Michael is from Pasadena, CA, and is double majoring in journalism and political science. After graduation, she plans to return to Los Angeles to work in account or brand management for a lifestyle brand or political campaign. During her time at UO, Michael worked as a social media strategist and talent coordinator for the @uoregon and @CallMeADuck accounts in University Communications. “This position allowed me to experience the industry that I hope to pursue post-grad while providing me with a network of mentors,” Michael said. In her role, she had the opportunity to write student and club spotlights to highlight the university community, help find talent for the #DuckFriday campaign, and network with alumni in similar career paths.
