A child managed to slip through the fencing outside the White House on Wednesday but was promptly stopped by Secret Service officers. According to a Secret Service spokesperson, the young intruder squeezed through the fence around 6:30 pm, roughly an hour after President Donald Trump announced auto tariffs from the Oval Office.
