Shawarma Chicken π±π§
Ingredients:
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle of cayenne
3/4 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 thin-sliced chicken breasts (about 1-1.5 lbs.)
2 Tblsp extra virgin olive oil
Toss the chicken in the oil and spices in a bowl (or ziplock bag) until coated. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Grill on medium-high heat for 8 minutes, turning once halfway through. Serve with lemon tahini yogurt sauce. Perfect for salads, bowls and wraps!
