Is your crust getting too brown or burnt while your filling finishes baking? 😩 Here’s how to fix it 🙌🏻 Follow mariesaba for more pie tips! First option is to get a pie shield (get the 10” size to be sure it fits the outer rim of your 9” plate). Second option is to fold a piece of foil in half, press it gently over half the crust, then cut out just inside the imprint. Use the foil or shield to protect your crust while baking.
